HERB - MUSTARD MARINADE 
1/4 c. minced onion
2 tbsp. each chopped parsley & white vinegar
1 tbsp. each olive oil & Dijon style mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves

Mix ingredients in a bowl. Place meat (steak), cake pan works well. Pour in marinade, refrigerate for 6 hours, turning meat occasionally. Then grill it to taste. 2 servings.
