1 egg, well beaten
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
8 oz. sour cream
3/4 pkgs. Oreo cookies, crushed (with some pieces)

Add confectioners' sugar to egg; mix until smooth. Beat in sour cream. Fold in Cool Whip. Mix well. Add crushed cookies and stir well to combine. Cover and refrigerate overnight to soften cookie crumbs. Serves 8.
