20 oz. crushed Oreos
1/2 gallon softened vanilla ice cream
1 sm. can chocolate syrup
1 sm. Cool Whip
1 stick butter, melted
Salted cocktail peanuts

Mix butter with crushed Oreos and press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Layer the ice cream, peanuts, syrup, Cool Whip on top of the Oreos. Sprinkle Oreos on top and freeze until set.
