CRAB STUFFED POTATOES 
4 baking potatoes
1 (10 oz.) can crabmeat
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. onion, grated
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Paprika

Bake potatoes (do not bake in aluminum foil!) Scoop out the meat of the potato, leaving the shell intact (if your potatoes are very large, cut each one in half and serve 8 instead of 4 people). Combine potato meat with the remaining ingredients, except paprika. Fill potato hulls with mixture and sprinkle with paprika. Reheat in a 450 degree oven for 15 minutes.
