POTATOES WITH CRAB AND CHEESE 
2 lg. Idaho potatoes
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. heavy cream
4 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. salt
1 c. grated cheddar
1 c. crab paprika

Bake potatoes at 325 degrees for 1 1/4-1 1/2 hours. Split them in half lengthwise. Scoop out pulp being careful not to break shells. Mash the pulp with butter, cream, onion and salt until smooth. Stir in cheddar cheese and crab. Fill shells. sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Serves 4.
