CRAB STUFFED POTATOES 
4 med. potatoes
1 can (6 1/2 oz.) crab meat
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. light cream
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. grated onion
1 c. sharp yellow cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. paprika

Bake potatoes at 425 degrees until you can pierce with a fork. Cut lengthwise and scoop out potato. Whip potato with butter, cream, salt, pepper, onion and cheese. Blend in crab meat with a fork. Refill potato shells. Sprinkle with paprika, and reheat in a very hot oven for about 15 minutes. These freeze nicely.
