STRAWBERRY STUFF
3 (3 oz.) pkgs. strawberry Jello
3 (8 oz.) cartons strawberry yogurt
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, preferably sliced

Thaw frozen strawberries completely and drain very well (you may mash berries with a spoon to squeeze out all liquid). Add enough water to the strawberry liquid to make 3 cups. Bring to a boil (microwave or stove top). Dissolve all the Jello in the strawberry liquid and allow it to cool somewhat.

Stir the yogurt in each container until smooth. Pour all the yogurt into a large bowl. Add the strawberry liquid a bit at a time, blending well after each addition. Add strawberries and mix well. Pour into container in which you plan to serve the Strawberry Stuff. Refrigerate until set (at least 4 hours).

You may also use fresh strawberries (amount to taste) that you have frozen. Follow same procedure. They're delicious! (If you have a yogurt maker, you may use the milk temperature indicator to tell how much to let the strawberry liquid cool before adding it to the yogurt. This will keep the yogurt culture "live".)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
