FINNISH PANCAKE 
1/2 c. butter, melted
4 eggs, beaten well
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 to 1 c. flour
2 c. milk

Beat together. Pour into 9x13 pan (sprayed with Pam). Bake 400 degrees 30 minutes or longer. Will have a custard type center. Serve with syrup's, berries, whipping cream - dust with powdered sugar.
