FETTUCCINE ALFREDO 
6 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. heavy cream
1/8 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg
1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese

In large skillet or saucepan, melt butter. Add cream and nutmeg. Boil rapidly until thickened, about 5 minutes. Stir in cheese; pour over cooked pasta.
