TORTELLINI ALFREDO 
2 lbs. tortellini (meat or cheese)
1 pt. Half and Half cream
1 stick butter
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 egg yolk

In a large pot, cook tortellini according to package directions. Melt butter in a skillet, add Half and Half. Drain tortellini, add the melted butter and Half and Half. Slowly add Parmesan cheese while continually stirring over low heat. Also add egg yolk at this time. Continue to add cheese until sauce thickens. Sprinkle with black pepper and serve.
