FETTUCINNI ALFREDO 
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 pt. heavy cream
3 egg yolks
Salt
Pepper
Parsley
2 lbs. fettucinni noodles

Melt butter and cream. Toss in some parsley and add 1/3 of Parmesan cheese. Toss in egg yolks. Cook 2 pounds noodles, add sauce to noodles along with the rest of the butter and cheese.
