STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS WITH
SPANISH RICE
 
5 green peppers
2 c. cooked rice
2 c. tomato sauce
1 can tomatoes, diced
1 tbsp. chili powder, or to taste
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 lb. hamburger

Dice 1 green pepper and put in with hamburger and brown. Drain. Combine with rice, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and spices. Core remaining peppers then stuff with rice mixture. Cook in casserole dish at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
