VEGETABLE - BURGER SOUP 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 (#2) can stewed tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 c. water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 tsp. sugar

In large saucepan, saute ground beef, drain off fat. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer 20 minutes.

Serves 6 to 8.
