QUICK VEGETABLE BURGER SOUP | |
1 lb. ground beef 2 (16 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce 4 c. water 1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables 1 env. dry onion soup mix 2 tsp. sugar Lightly brown ground beef in large kettle and drain off excess fat. Stir in all other ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Makes about 8 servings. |
