BURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. celery, sliced
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 can cream of vegetable soup
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. mashed potatoes

In skillet, brown beef and cook celery and onion until tender. Stir to separate meat. Pour off fat, add soup and salt. Spoon into casserole dish. Mound mashed potatoes around the edge of the casserole and bake at 425°F for 15 minutes.

Makes 3 to 4 servings.
