VENISON BURGER & GREEN BEANS
CASSEROLE
 
1 lb. venison burger
salt and pepper or any preferred spices, to taste
1 can cream of mushroom, broccoli, or celery thinned with a little milk
bread crumbs
1 can green beans (if using fresh or frozen beans cook first)

Cover bottom of a greased casserole pan with seasoned raw venison burger. Layer green beans on top. Pour soup and milk on top. Top soup with bread crumbs.

Bake at 425°F for 45 minutes.

This is great. .. I have took it a step farther, and my family LOVES it:

I sautee a small yellow onion and mix it in the meat with garlic pepper and garlic salt, press meat into glass pan that has 1 tbsp butter melted/greased (as our venison has NO fat added, very lean) , use two cans of french cut green beans, pour mixed cream of celery soup (small can) with 3/4 can milk, and 1.5 cups of shredded cheese over top. Then, I take the restaurant style caesars croutons, crush about 1.5 cups down to make the fine bread crumbs, and bake as directed. They beg me to make it - it's very heavy, creamy, and great for super cold days like today. Enjoy
