SUNDAY MORNING COFFEE CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 c. buttermilk

The night before, cream together butter and sugars. Add 2 eggs; beat well. Add mixed dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk. Place in greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over the batter. Refrigerate overnight.

The next morning, bake for 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
