STUFFED SHRIMP 
16 frozen egg roll wrappers, cut in half
32 med. shrimp
1 lb. ground pork
2 tbsp. chopped green onions
Salt & pepper to taste
Vegetable oil for frying

Mix ground pork, ground onions, salt and pepper. Set aside. Devein shrimp with tail intact. Stuff each shrimp with 1 1/2 teaspoons of pork mixture and wrap with egg roll wrapper. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
