MARK'S MEXICAN FRISBEE 
2 flour tortilla shells (burrito style)
1/2 bell pepper, sliced thin
1/4 c. sliced onions
6 slices American cheese

Place one tortilla shell on ungreased griddle. Place 3 slices of cheese on tortilla shell. Then add bell pepper slices and onion slices. Then place rest of cheese on top, then top with remaining shell.

Heat over medium heat, turn when cheese starts to melt.
