CORN STUFFED TOMATOES 
10 med. tomatoes
4 c. cooked corn
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. butter, melted

Wash tomatoes, slice off tops and scoop out pulp. Combine pulp with other ingredients in a bowl. Stuf tomatoes with mixture. Place in greased mufin pan cups. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 10.
