CORN TOMATO CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 c. whole kernel corn
2 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. coarse cracker crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 tsp. sugar (optional)
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Combine all the above ingredients in a greased casserole. Sprinkle with grated cheese, additional cracker crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350 to 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
