OKRA, CORN, TOMATOES AND SHRIMP 
1 lb. sliced frozen okra or 1 1/4 fresh okra, sliced
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes or 4 lg. ripe tomatoes, sliced
1 lg. onion, diced
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Accent
1 tsp seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
4 drops Tabasco sauce
2 tbsp. vegetable oil

In a large skillet with oil fry okra until almost dry. Add onions and cook until dry. Lower fire. Add corn, tomatoes and shrimp. Add seasonings, thyme, salt, Accent, black pepper, Tabasco sauce and seasoned salt. Simmer until tender. Stir occasionally. Add seasoning if desired.
