HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. toasted croutons
2 c. diced cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. slivered toasted almonds
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine 1/2 the croutons with all remaining ingredients. Pour into baking dish. Bake at 350, 30 minutes. Add remaining croutons to top and heat 5 more minutes. Serve with salad.
