CHICKEN-BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
3-4 lb. chicken
1 (16 oz.) frozen broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 c. grated cheese
1 1/2 c. croutons or onion rings or bread crumbs
4 tbsp. melted butter

Cook chicken in water until tender. Remove from bones and dice. Cook the broccoli and drain. Make a sauce of soup, milk, and mayonnaise. Layer diced chicken and broccoli in baking pan or casserole. Pour over it the sauce mixture.

Top with cheese and crumbs and drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in 9x13 pan, covered, until last 10 minutes. Freezes well.
