ORANGE CHICKEN SALAD 
6-8 c. assorted salad greens (i.e.) iceberg, Romaine, bib
1 1/2-2 c. cooked chicken, cut in strips
3-4 oranges, peeled cut in half cartwheels
1 avocado, sliced
1 c. diagonally sliced celery
1/3 c. thinly sliced green onion
Italian dressing

Combine all ingredients and serve with dressing. Makes 6 servings (about 12 cups).
