SWISS STEAK 
1 lg. round steak
Oil for browning
Flour
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. sliced carrots
1 can stewed tomatoes
Salt & pepper to taste.

Pound flour into steak with a meat tenderizer block or a knife. Brown in oil on both sides. Place in baking dish. After meat has all been browned, then brown onion a little and add carrots and tomatoes to heat. Pour over meat in baking dish and bake at 350 degrees until very tender, about 1 hour.
