3 c. milk
1 lg. box instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. tub Cool Whip
16 oz. Oreo cookies

Crush Oreo cookies and place half of them in bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Mix dry pudding with 3 cups milk. Add cream cheese and Cool Whip; mix until smooth. Spread mixture over cookies. Sprinkle remaining cookie pieces over top. Chill.
