1-1 1/4 lb. pkg. oreo cookies (finely crumbled in food processor or blender)
1 sm. container Cool Whip
2 sm. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 stick butter, melted
3 c. milk

Line a 9 x 13 inch pan with crumbled Oreos (set aside 1/2-3/4 cup for the top). Drizzle melted butter over crust. Mix pudding and milk until thick and spread over Oreos. Spread Cool Whip on top of pudding. Sprinkle with the Oreos you saved. Refrigerate.
