1 (19 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies
1 stick butter
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheeses
2 boxes French vanilla pudding (instant)
3 c. milk
1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Crush Oreos and put in large bowl. Melt butter and pour over cookies and mix. Put mixture in 9x13 pan (save part for topping).

In another large bowl mix powdered sugar and cream cheese. Add to this mixture, the dry French vanilla pudding, Cool Whip and milk. Mix well and pour over the cookie mixture. Top with remaining "Cookie-butter" mixture. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
