1 (20 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 c. powdered sugar
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
3 1/2 c. cold milk
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip

Blend cookies in blender (4 to 6 at a time) until finely chopped. Cream butter, cream cheese, and sugar. Set aside. In separate bowl mix pudding powder, milk and Cool Whip.

Add pudding mixture to cream cheese mixture. Layer cookies and cream mixture until pan is filled starting with cookies. Makes a 13 x 9 inch pan. Chill until set.
