8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 boxes small instant French vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
8 oz. Cool Whip
20 to 30 Oreos, crushed

Whip together cream cheese, pudding and milk. Add Cool Whip to above. Begin with crushed oreos and layer with half pudding. Repeat.
