3 c. milk
8 oz. Cool Whip
8 oz. soft cream cheese
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. vanilla instant pudding
12 oz. bag Oreo cookies

Mix pudding and milk; set aside.

Crush cookies and layer half of the cookies in a 9x13 pan. Add cream cheese and Cool Whip to pudding, beat 2 minutes. Layer pudding on top of crushed cookies. Top with the second half of crushed Oreo cookies.
