RHUBARB PINEAPPLE JAM 
4 c. rhubarb, cut fine
4 c. sugar
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 pkg. raspberry flavored gelatin

Combine rhubarb, sugar and pineapple in a heavy kettle. Stir over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Boil very slowly for 1 1/2 hours, stirring to prevent burning. Remove from heat, add raspberry gelatin. Stir well. Put in jars or glasses and seal.
