RHUBARB PINEAPPLE JAM 
5 c. rhubarb
1 c. drained crushed pineapple
4 c. sugar
1 pkg. strawberry gelatin

Mix rhubarb and sugar. Let stand 30 minutes. Bring to boil. Boil 12 to 15 minutes. Remove from heat, add dry gelatin and pineapple. Store in jars or plastic containers in refrigerator.
