SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE CASSEROLE | |
2 c. mashed, cooked sweet potatoes 2 eggs, beaten 1 c. milk 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 3/4 c. crushed corn flakes 3/4 stick butter, melted 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar Combine first 4 ingredients; mix well. Pour into greased 2 quart casserole. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Spread over sweet potato mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes longer. |
