CINNAMON PECANS 
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. evaporated milk (can use skim evaporated)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. butter
3 c. pecans
Dash of salt

Combine all ingredients in heavy boiler; boil for 1 minute. Pour onto waxed paper and spread to a single layer; cool and separate.
