CINNAMON PECANS 
2 egg whites, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 lb. pecans
1 stick butter

Beat egg whites with sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Pour in pecans and coat well. Pour pecans into a buttered pan and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Melt stick of butter and pour over them.
