KINDERVELT #21 CINNAMON PECANS 
1/2 lb. pecans
1 egg white
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter

Toast at 325 degrees for 10 minutes in 9x13 inch pan.

Beat egg whites until foamy. Add sugar and cinnamon then beat until stiff. Add toasted pecans and toss until well coated.
