HOT POTATO AND BEAN SALAD 
6 slices bacon cut into 1 inch pieces
4 med. red potatoes
1/3 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can green beans
1/2 c. sliced green onions including tops
1/4 c. pimientos (optional)

Boil potatoes in skin until tender. Fry bacon and reserve 2 tablespoons drippings. Peel and slice hot potatoes. Combine bacon drippings, salt, pepper, vinegar, and sugar; heat and stir until dissolved. Combine hot potatoes, green beans, bacon, green onions and pimientos. Pour hot dressing over vegetables lightly mix until ingredients is distributed. Serve hot, if need to reheat, heat until warm, do not bake.
