QUICK HOT BEAN & ONION SALAD 
2 (9 oz.) pkgs. frozen Italian green beans
1 sm. onion, sliced & separated
3 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Cook beans according to package directions. Drain. Mix hot beans with onion. In a jar combine oil, vinegar, oregano, salt and pepper. Cover jar tightly; shake well, pour over hot bean mixture, toss.
