TORTELLINI SALAD 
1 pkg. tortellini (frozen - cheese or meat)
4 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1/3 c. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, mashed
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. ground thyme
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground pepper
1 tsp. dill weed
Mixed vegetables

Mix all ingredients together, except tortellini and vegetables. Cook tortellini following directions. Combine with your choice of (bite size) cooked potato, carrots, green beans, plus peas, mushroom caps, black olives, or garbanzo beans. Add oil-spice dressing to cooled tortellini and vegetables. Stir so pieces are well coated. Let stand in refrigerator for 2 hours or more.
