PEACH FLAMBE 
1 c. sliced peaches
1/3 c. butter
2/3 c. packed brown sugar
Vanilla ice cream

In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar. Add peaches. Cook and stir 3-4 minutes or until heated through. Serve immediately over ice cream.

Can heat 1/4 cup rum or brandy until simmering, then pour over mixture and ignite for an elegant dish.
