SIRLOIN TIPS 
2 lb. sirloin
1 c. onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic
3/4 c. catsup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Cube sirloin, shake in bag with flour and brown in cooking oil. Small quantities at a time - with each skillet add some of chopped onion and pressed garlic. Transfer to large saucepan with 1 1/2 cups water and rest of ingredients. Cook until tender. Serve over cooked, buttered noodles.
