FRENCH TOAST WITH FRESH PEACHES 
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Dash vanilla
Tad of sugar
4 slices thick bread
1 fresh peach per person
Maple syrup to coat peaches

Cut up fresh peaches and toss with maple syrup. Melt butter. Cook bread dipped in egg/milk mixture. Top with peaches.
