REUBEN CASSEROLE | |
1 (27 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained 4 tbsp. Thousand Island Dressing 1 tbsp. butter 1 can corned beef, sliced 2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded 2 c. rye (or other) bread crumbs 1/4 tsp. caraway seeds Spread sauerkraut in a 9x13 inch pan. Top with dressing and sprinkle with caraway seeds. Top with corned beef slices and cheese. Spread crumbs on top and dot with butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. An alternate dressing can be made by mixing 1/2 cup sour cream with prepared mustard to taste. |
