REUBEN CASSEROLE 
1 c. sour ream
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
1 (12 oz.) can corn beef
3/4 lb. shredded Swiss or cheddar cheese
Bread crumbs or 8-10 slices crumbled rye bread
1/2 c. butter, melted

Mix together sour cream, chopped onions and drained sauerkraut. Then add layers, corn beef and shredded cheese. On top add bread crumbs or crumbled rye bread.

Pour melted butter on top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. This freezes well and can be frozen in individual servings to be served later.
