REUBEN CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut
6 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
6 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
4 oz. corned beef, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients and put in pie or quiche plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with small rye cocktail rounds (Pepperidge Farms).
