REUBEN CASSEROLE 
1 c. sour cream
1 lg. onion, diced
1 lg. can sauerkraut
1 lb. corn beef
16 oz. Swiss cheese
10 slices rye bread
1/2 lb. butter

In 9 x 12 inch pan layer: sour cream, onion, drained sauerkraut and corn beef. Add crumbled Swiss cheese and top with rye bread crumbs. Drizzle melted butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
