LAYERED REUBEN CASSEROLE 
1 (27 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained well
1/2 tsp. caraway seeds
2 med. or 1 lg. tomato, sliced
1/2 c. Thousand Island dressing
1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, broken into sm. pieces or chunks
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Swiss cheese
6 Melba rye crackers, crumbled

Spoon sauerkraut into 9-inch square baking pan. Sprinkle with caraway seeds. Top sauerkraut with tomato slices with dressing, corned beef pieces and shredded cheese. Top all with crumbled Melba crackers. Bake in a 450 degree oven uncovered for about 20-25 minutes or until hot and baked through.
