REUBEN CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 can corned beef, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing

Mix well and put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with: 2 tbsp. butter 1/4 c. rye bread crumbs

Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
